The Heritage

I believe energy never dies. It transforms, it travels, and it finds its way through generations.

For a long time, I didn’t realize that the passions living inside of me were echoes of the women who came before me, my mother and every single auntie. My grandmothers, Dorothy Flowers and Rosemary Marshall, did not always speak openly about their dreams, but their lives told their stories. Their creativity, their strength, their sense of style, sassyness, and the way they moved through the world revealed the things that mattered most to them.

Somewhere along the way, their passions became seeds planted within me.

Today, I have the honor of nurturing those seeds. Through fragrance, photography, and music, I carry their influence, their spirit, and the dreams that were never lost, only waiting for another generation to bring them to life.

The dreams they carried did not die with them.
They continued through me.

Flowers & Rosemary is a celebration of that connection, a reminder that love, creativity, and purpose can transcend time.

As a boutique fragrance house, we specialize in the art of small-batch manufacturing and bespoke formulation. Every scent in our library is hand-blended in our New Orleans studio, ensuring an "intelligent luxury" aesthetic that is both sophisticated and down-to-earth. We don't just create products; we formulate sensory experiences that bridge the gap between memory and modern living.

The Vision

Led by founder and lead formulator WyShonda Elise, Flowers and Rosemary has evolved from a personal passion into a staple for the New Orleans business community. While we continue to offer our signature collections to individuals, we have expanded into Sensory Staging and Private Label Manufacturing. Today, we partner with luxury real estate groups, boutique hotels, and local businesses to develop signature scents that define their brand identity. By leveraging the science of scent, we help our partners create lasting emotional connections with their clients, one bottle at a time.
